Summer Night Hike Join volunteer naturalists to explore open space under cover of darkness! We’ll hike about one mile round-trip on easy trails, enjoying the starlight, listening for night sounds, and learning about the nocturnal habits of the wildlife that live here. Bring water, closed-toe hiking shoes/boots, a flashlight, and your night vision. Registration required -- meeting location will be provided to registered participants. I have been a Volunteer Naturalist since 2014. I retired from medicine in 2013 after working 35 +years in Pediatrics and Public Health. I love to work with children of all ages, as well as Seniors. I am especially interested in animals which share our habitat, as well as the geology of Colorado and the Front Range.
