Come learn about Boulder County’s sweetest crop. Participants will have the opportunity to pick and process their own sugar beet. While the beets simmer, we’ll do a short presentation on the history of the sugar beet in Boulder County. Participants will have the opportunity to taste sugar beets at various stages of processing.
